Ptychotherates est un genre fossile de dinosaures saurischiens. On n'en connaît qu'une espèce, Ptychotherates bucculentus, connue à partir d'un crâne partiel datant du Trias supérieur, découvert dans la formation de Chinle, à Ghost Ranch (en).
