Caupedactylus est un genre fossile de ptérosaures azhdarchoïdes appartenant à la famille des Tapejaridae, ayant vécu au Crétacé inférieur dans ce qui est aujourd'hui la formation Romualdo du bassin d'Araripe (d). L'unique espèce connue du genre est Caupedactylus ybaka.
