Aerodactylus est un genre fossile douteux de tout petits ptérosaures, un groupe fossile de « reptiles ailés ». Sa seule espèce, Aerodactylus scolopaciceps, était précédemment connue sous le nom de Pterodactylus scolopaciceps.
