Coloborhynchus est un genre fossile de ptérosaures classé dans la sous-famille des Coloborhynchinae de la famille des Anhangueridae, qui a vécu au Crétacé, il y a environ 110 Ma. Il est connu au Texas aux États-Unis et en Angleterre au Royaume-Uni. Selon Paleobiology Database en 2025, le genre a deux espèces, la première définie Coloborhynchus clavirostris et Coloborhynchus moroccensis.
