Hongshanopterus est un genre fossile de ptérosaures du clade des Istiodactyliformes, de l'Aptien du Crétacé inférieur, découvert en Chine dans le Liaoning. Selon Paleobiology Database en 2025, ce genre Hongshanopterus est resté monotypique et a une seule espèce son espèce-type Hongshanopterus lacustris.
