Pterodactyloidea

(Plieninger 1901)

Les Pterodactyloidea (ptérodactyloïdes) constituent l'un des deux sous-ordres de ptérosaures, qui contient les membres les plus dérivés de ce groupe fossile de « reptiles » volants. Ils ont vécu au Jurassique supérieur et au Crétacé, soit il y a environ entre 161,5 et 66,0 millions d'années.
