Anhanguera est un genre fossile de ptérosaures ptérodactyloïdes, connu dans la formation géologique de Romualdo au Brésil, dans un niveau daté du Crétacé inférieur (Albien), soit il y a environ entre 113,2 et 100,5 millions d'années. Ce ptérosaure est étroitement apparenté à Ornithocheirus et appartient à la famille des Anhangueridae et à sa propre sous-famille, les Anhanguerinae, ou est rattaché directement au clade des Ornithocheirae. Selon Paleobiology Database en 2025, ce genre Anhanguera a trois espèces référencées valides Anhanguera blittersdorfi espèce type, Anhanguera spielbergi et Anhanguera piscator.
