Omeisaurus

Omeisaurus tianfuensis Symtemtic position: Manenchisauridae, Sauropodomorpha, Saurischia. Locality: Dashanpu, Zigong, Sichuan, China. Age: Middle Jurassic (about 160 million years ago). A large sauropod dinosaur, its elongated neck consists of 17 cervical vertebrae. The adult skeleton is 20m while the juvenile one is only 6m length.
