Paranthodon est un genre fossile de dinosaures herbivores quadrupèdes de l'infra-ordre des stégosauriens qui vécut en Afrique du Sud au début du Crétacé inférieur, au Berriasien, soit il y a environ entre 143,1 et 137,05 millions d'années.
